WHAT WE DO:
C-Zero has partnered with UK projects within the official frameworks of the Woodland Carbon Code and Peatland Code.
We can also offer offsetting opportunities overseas with the VERRA Register (Verified Carbon Standard) or United Nations (UNFCCC-CDM) quality marks.
In the international market, we have access to credible and approved projects that can provide Offset Units and a grander scale than the smaller UK market.

The Woodland Carbon Code (WCC) is the quality assurance standard for woodland creation projects in the UK, and generates independently verified carbon units

The Peatland Code is a voluntary certification standard for UK peatland projects wishing to market the climate benefits of peatland restoration and provides assurances to voluntary carbon market buyers that the climate benefits being sold are real, quantifiable, additional and permanent.

All projects entail either afforestation or peatland restoration respectively and support the UN’s Paris Agreement targets.
